Saywa Yoga Studio is a space for personal development. A place to find, learn and live techniques to develop human potential: a serene, lucid and conscious potential that we all carry inside, and that today’s society has not taught us. When we get on the train of life, we overcome the curves by grabbing where we can, and many times it is hard for us to stay balanced. However, there are ancient techniques such as traditional Yoga that allow us to find a center within ourselves that does not lose balance, a center that remains alert but relaxed, with energy but serene. From Saywa we want to transmit wellness techniques from a professional, friendly and maximally respectful to individual needs. Techniques that help us to better lead our daily lives, to better understand our lives and to use more efficiently the resources available to each of us.
